The hotel was very clean, and the room was very nice. There was only one elevator working for the seven floors in the hotel. This made it very slow to go to and from the room. Also, I ordered room service for dinner (6pm), they promised it to be there within 30 minutes. After one hour, I called, and the lady told me that it would be right up. The hotel and grounds were lovely. Nice alternative and good value compared to New York City hotels.

Senior Traveler
We were very pleased with the overall facility. We pre-ordered coffee each morning and it was delivered precisely at the requested time. There was no free WiFi in the rooms.

Kindness of staff in general is terrible. Water pipe broke and yellow (sand) water came from the tap and the toilet. Hotel notified that the problem was solved, but my room still had yellow water. I couldn't wash my teeth and take a bath. I complained about it, and hotel sent three bottled water. It took 30 minutes to get the water after the talk. Heater was not turning on, only air conditioner. Temperature outside was about 45. Staff said that it was a hotel policy to turn on the heater under a certain degree. The room was freezing cold.
